To use the honey, stir well (the herbs are sitting on the top). Scoop 1 teaspoon of Golden Comet and put it directly onto my tongue. Let it sit for a minute or two. Let the honey melt in your mouth... then swallow. It will coat your throat on the way down.
You can also use this in hot water. Put 1-3 teaspoons into 1 cup of hot water. Stir until dissolved. Cool & drink.
